Terminal Information
Cruise Terminal 8, located in the West Turning Basin between cruise
terminals 5 and 9/10, is the first terminal built to a cruise line's
specifications.
The $27 million Disney Cruise Lines terminal has a 90-foot high glass
tower. Two escalators carry guests to the second floor where they
step out onto a massive 13,000 square-foot terrazzo map of Florida's
East Coast and the Bahamas.
Some of the terminal's features include a play area, a cafe, and original
murals depicting the Disney Cruise Line experience in a scrapbook
fashion.
Cruise Terminal 8 is the exclusive home of Disney Cruise Lines' first
two ships, the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder. |
